Pacing: Students will learn how to pace themselves in various activities.

Fitness: Students will participate in multiple physical fitness activities such as fitness monopoly and roller ball.
What is a healthy lifestyle: Students will learn what it means to live a healthy lifestyle and what has the greatest effect on this.
Omnikin Tournament: This sport is an easy to learn activity, due to the giant size ball and lightweight. It promotes fair play and teamwork while encouraging regular physical activity.
Survivor (cooperative games): The purpose of this unit is to help students develop team cooperation, trust, communication skills, and problem solving skills.
How to make healthy choices: The students will look critically at his/her own lifestyle and consider positive changes that could be made.
